Mahrlene Styffe Appointed as Chief People & Culture Officer at Tridorian

Stockholm, Sweden, May 2025 – Mahrlene Styffe has joined Tridorian as the new Chief People & Culture Officer, bringing over two decades of experience in people strategy, organizational culture, and HR transformation across global technology organizations. At Tridorian, Mahrlene will lead the company’s people and culture initiatives, supporting its continued growth as a leading Google Cloud partner and AI-driven transformation consultancy.

Prior to joining Tridorian, Mahrlene Styffe served as Senior HR Manager for the Nordics at Devoteam G Cloud. In this role, she played a critical part in unifying business units across regions, driving the implementation of standardized collaboration platforms and values-based HR practices. She also guided strategic recruitment and retention efforts while serving as a key member of the leadership committee.

Earlier, she held the position of Learning and Development Manager at Devoteam Group in Paris, where she led multiple global initiatives including the launch of a unified onboarding system, personalized career path frameworks, and a global employee satisfaction program spanning 10,000 employees across 20+ countries.

Before that, Mahrlene was Head of People and Culture at Devoteam Cloud Services, where she co-created the company’s “people first” EVP for an international workforce across Europe and Asia. Her responsibilities spanned the creation of HR processes, performance frameworks, employee engagement campaigns, and internal communication systems.

She began her Devoteam journey as Global Recruitment Manager, where she built cloud-focused teams across Europe and Asia, crafted recruitment strategies, and laid the cultural foundation of the startup’s early expansion. Before Devoteam, she held recruitment and administrative roles at Avalon Innovation, Tieto, and Telia Data AB, where she cultivated a robust foundation in IT recruitment, systems support, and organizational operations.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
