His appointment signals a strategic strengthening of Movate’s leadership bench as it expands its digital transformation and customer experience capabilities globally.

With over two decades of cross-industry experience, Shirahatti brings deep expertise in digital transformation, cloud technologies, and strategic sales, particularly in the Health and Life Sciences (HLS) sector. He joins Movate from Salesforce, where he most recently served as Senior Director – Strategic Accounts, playing a vital role in enabling digital initiatives for healthcare providers across North America.

Prior to Salesforce, he held senior leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Infosys, where he led cloud transformation engagements, built GSI partnership strategies, and managed multi-million-dollar portfolios in life sciences and medical devices. He has consistently delivered high-impact outcomes, including closing enterprise deals exceeding $20 million in total contract value and scaling revenue through industry-aligned go-to-market execution.

At Movate, Shirahatti will lead the company’s charge into emerging technology markets, strengthen value delivery through Salesforce solutions, and enhance strategic alliances with private equity-backed enterprises.
