Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – Voltas Limited – A TATA Enterprise has appointed Pragya Bijalwann as Head of Marketing, bringing her extensive expertise in marketing strategy, digital transformation, media planning, and consumer insights to one of India’s most trusted consumer brands. In her new role, she will lead brand engagement and innovative campaigns, driving Voltas’ market growth across multiple consumer segments.
Prior to joining Voltas, Pragya Bijalwann was Chief Marketing Officer at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, where she led marketing functions across all business units, driving performance marketing, digital strategy, and e-commerce growth. Earlier, she was General Manager – Marketing at Castrol, responsible for leading countrywide marketing plans and award-winning brand activation campaigns.
Her career also includes leadership roles at AkzoNobel, where she served as Regional Segment Manager – South Asia, and HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited, where she was instrumental in retail network expansion and sales growth. Additionally, she is a Board Member at The Indian Society of Advertisers (ISA), contributing to industry-wide marketing advancements.
Pragya Bijalwann holds an MBA in Marketing from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, equipping her with a strong foundation in strategic marketing and brand management.
