Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, September 2025 — Prakash Manwani has accepted the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Minaris Advanced Therapies, a global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in cell and gene therapies.
Mr. Manwani has been with Minaris Advanced Therapies for the past four years, most recently serving as Global Head of IT and Chief Digital Officer (CDO), where he has led the company’s digital transformation strategy and global IT function across the United States, Germany, and Japan.
Prior to this, he was Head of IT – Americas at Minaris, overseeing regional technology operations while also contributing to global IT vision and integration. In this role, he strengthened infrastructure, enhanced cybersecurity posture, and rolled out digital platforms across multiple regions.
Earlier, Mr. Manwani served as Global Director of IT at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where he managed enterprise architecture, M&A integrations, and ERP delivery. His leadership helped streamline global IT systems, advance cybersecurity, and align technology initiatives with business goals.
His career also includes senior roles at Accenture, CSS International, HOV Enterprise Services, and PSS, where he specialized in ERP implementations, system integrations, and IT strategy. Over more than two decades, he has built expertise in digital transformation, SaaS and cloud platforms, global IT operations, and business process reengineering.
