Prior to joining foundit, Venkataramani Suresh served as Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Karkinos Healthcare, where he played a pivotal role in business strategy and operational expansion. His expertise in business transformation and digital solutions significantly contributed to Karkinos Healthcare’s success in the healthcare sector.
Before that, he was Chief Business Officer at Matrimony.com Limited, overseeing market expansion, digital innovation, and business growth in the online matchmaking space. His leadership helped scale the company’s digital operations and customer engagement strategies.
He also spent nearly 19 years at Naukri.com & Naukrigulf.com, where he established and led sales teams from scratch, growing the company’s domestic and international business operations. As Chief Sales Officer, he managed a team of over 900+ professionals across India, the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, and Riyadh, and played a key role in customer acquisition, talent development, and digital transformation initiatives.
