Mumbai, India, August 2024 – Pramit Sen has joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as the new Executive Vice President – Human Resources. In his new role, Pramit will oversee the bank’s HR strategies, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and HR transformation to align with the bank’s dynamic growth objectives.
Pramit Sen brings extensive HR leadership experience to Kotak Mahindra Bank. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for over two years. During his tenure, he successfully led HR initiatives that focused on culture change, strategic HR leadership, and total rewards strategies.
Before joining NSDL, Pramit held the position of Vice President – Human Resources at Axis Bank. Over his nearly three-year tenure, he played a critical role in HR management and project management, leading various initiatives in HR transformation and employee benefits design.
Earlier in his career, Pramit worked as the Vice President – Human Resources at HDFC Life for over three years, where he led HR operations and was instrumental in implementing HR strategies that fostered organizational development and employee satisfaction.
Pramit’s career also includes significant roles at L&T Finance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Hindalco Industries, where he gained valuable experience in HR management, problem-solving, and strategic HR planning.
