Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2024 – Biswarup Goswami has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Intech Organics Limited. In this role, Biswarup will lead the HR function, focusing on strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Biswarup Goswami brings over three decades of experience in human resources to his new role at Intech Organics Limited. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Human Resources Advisor and Chief Human Resources Officer at GHCL Limited for over four years. During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving HR transformation, implementing best practices, and enhancing employee engagement.
Before GHCL Limited, Biswarup was the Sr. Vice President-HR at PI Industries Ltd. Here, he focused on strategic HR initiatives and contributed significantly to the organization’s human capital development. He also served as the President-HR & Chief Transformation Officer at Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd, where he played a key role in building organizational capability and leading the company through a transformational journey.
Earlier in his career, Biswarup held several senior HR positions, including Vice President-People Energy Process (Global) at Galaxy Surfactants Limited, Chief of HR at Emaar MGF Land Ltd., and Head of HR at Bharti Airtel Limited. His diverse experience across industries has equipped him with the expertise to lead HR strategies in dynamic and fast-growing environments.
