Radhika Arora Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd.

Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, August 2024 – Radhika Arora has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. In her new role, Radhika will lead the human resources strategies for the company, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement to support Isgec’s growth and diversification goals.

Radhika Arora brings extensive experience in human resources to Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. Before Jakson Group, Radhika was the Head of Talent Acquisition, OD & Learning at Sony in New Delhi, where she led a team responsible for managing talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, and learning initiatives for seven years. Her leadership significantly enhanced the HR operations and contributed to the company’s strategic objectives.

Radhika’s earlier experience includes nearly eight and a half years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), where she held various HR roles, including Dy. Manager HR – OD & Recruitment. At BHEL, she contributed to major HR initiatives such as implementing performance management systems, competency management, and driving employee engagement surveys, which were integral to the company’s HR transformation.

Radhika started her career as a Consultant in IT Talent Acquisition at Spectrum Placements in Bangalore, where she gained initial experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
