Lagos, Nigeria, August 2024 – Christiana Imatejuojo Solomon has been appointed as the Group Chief People Officer at Homework Group, Africa.
Christiana Imatejuojo Solomon joined Homework Group in early 2024 as the Group Head of Human Resources, where she oversaw the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Her impact within a short period led to her promotion to the Group Chief People Officer role, where she will continue to expand HR initiatives.
Before joining Homework Group, Christiana served as the Group Head of Human Resources at Camey and Rock Platform Limited for two years. During her tenure, she was responsible for managing key HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic direction.
Prior to that, Christiana worked as a Human Resources Officer at Crest-Agro Products Ltd. Over the span of three years, she played a pivotal role in managing HR functions, fostering a productive workplace environment, and implementing best practices in employee development and retention.
