Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – Pramod Shah has joined ECL Finance Limited as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, he will lead the company’s human capital strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational transformation, and aligning people practices with business goals across the diverse financial services portfolio of the Edelweiss Group.
Before joining ECL Finance, Pramod Shah served as Group CHRO at SarvaGram for approximately two years. He was instrumental in shaping the organization’s people strategy during a key phase of expansion and transformation in the rural fintech landscape.
Earlier, he worked with Tata Digital for nearly two years as HR Lead, where he supported human resource operations during the company’s digital growth journey in Mumbai.
Prior to Tata Digital, Pramod spent almost nine years with Tata Capital, rising to the role of Vice President – HR. During his tenure, he contributed significantly to the people function, providing strategic HR leadership across the organization.
He also held the position of Zonal HR – East at Axis Bank for nearly two years, where he oversaw HR operations for the Eastern Zone’s retail and corporate banking segments. Before this, he served as State Human Resource Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance for over four years, managing HR activities for over 800 employees.
Earlier in his career, Pramod began his professional journey as Human Resource Executive at Capgemini, where he spent over two years supporting various talent and HR initiatives.
