With a distinguished 27-year career in the software industry, Jeremy Straker is recognized for his robust commercial leadership, particularly in high-growth SaaS businesses. His experience includes a pivotal seven-year tenure at RightNow, a cloud CRM and customer experience platform that Oracle later acquired. He has also held significant sales leadership roles at NewVoiceMedia and, following its acquisition, at Vonage, where he served as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales. In his recent role as SVP Global Sales & Customer Success at Scandit, Jeremy worked closely with global retail and grocery behemoths, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record to Amplience.

In his new role, Straker is tasked with managing the customer lifecycle and revenue function, pivotal areas for Amplience as it seeks to navigate and propel its next growth phase. He will work alongside a seasoned leadership team including Anthony Lye, CEO; John Williams, Co-Founder and CTO; and Imran Anwar, CFO.

Anthony Lye, CEO of Amplience, expressed his enthusiasm for Straker’s appointment, highlighting his extensive experience in scaling high-growth businesses and his strategic prowess in navigating the SaaS landscape. “Jeremy’s appointment marks a significant milestone for Amplience. His commercial acumen and leadership qualities are exactly what we need to drive our next growth phase,” Lye remarked.

Jeremy Straker shared his excitement about joining Amplience, recognizing the company’s innovative vision and its role as a category leader in the digital experience space. “Amplience stands at the forefront of delivering transformative content solutions. I am thrilled to contribute to its mission of empowering brands and retailers to create compelling, personalized customer experiences,” said Straker.

Amplience serves over 400 global brands, including notable names like Crate & Barrel, Ulta Beauty, and GAP, offering a suite of solutions that empower marketers, merchants, and developers to create dynamic, AI-driven content experiences. Backed by Farview Equity Partners, Sixth Street, and Octopus Ventures, Amplience is poised for unparalleled growth as it continues to innovate within the digital content and commerce arena.
