Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 – Pranchal Srivastava has started a new position as Chief Business Officer & Business Head (The Collective & Mono Brands) at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. (ABFRL). In this role, he will lead the complete P&L for The Collective and Mono Brands, including Polo Ralph Lauren, Hackett, Ted Baker, and Fred Perry, overseeing a business spanning 600+ employees, more than 50 retail destinations, and a significant e-commerce presence.
Srivastava moves into this operating leadership role after nearly four years at the strategic center of the consumer businesses within the Aditya Birla Group Chairman’s Office. As Senior Vice President – Chairman’s Office, he worked closely with Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla and senior leadership across group companies to drive strategic initiatives including organic and inorganic growth strategies, digital transformation, new investment opportunities, and performance execution across consumer-focused businesses such as fashion, jewellery, textiles, and trading.
Prior to joining the Chairman’s Office, Srivastava served as Director/Principal at Accenture Strategy, where he led digital and analytics-driven transformation programs for global and Indian enterprises across sectors including consumer goods, fashion, retail, metals, and industrial products. His work included designing digital commerce strategies, omni-channel growth models, and data-led sales acceleration initiatives for leading organizations.
Earlier in his career, Srivastava held senior leadership roles in international business development with TVS Motor Company, where he served as Country Head – Africa, leading the company’s two-wheeler and three-wheeler business across more than 50 markets in the region. Before that, he worked with Hero MotoCorp as Country Manager – Middle East, Turkey & Iran, playing a key role in the company’s international expansion strategy and establishing a strong dealer network and operational footprint across Eurasia.
Srivastava began his professional journey with National Instruments, where he held multiple roles across engineering, consulting, sales, and regional leadership, contributing to IoT solution adoption across sectors including aerospace, automotive, semiconductors, and education. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian School of Business (ISB).
