Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 – Prasad Y Tilve has been promoted to Vice President – Global Hyperscale Business and India Leasing at CapitaLand, marking a major leadership expansion within the Group’s fast-growing digital infrastructure and hyperscale data centre portfolio. In this expanded role, he will drive APAC hyperscale business expansion while continuing to lead India sales and leasing across enterprise and hyperscale verticals.
In his current role at CapitaLand, Prasad has spent more than four years shaping the organisation’s India data centre growth strategy, leading hyperscale business development, mega-deal structuring, build-to-suit colocation models, investment prospecting, and strategic alliance partnerships. His leadership has been central to CapitaLand’s ambition of establishing itself among the top data centre operators in India and across APAC.
Prior to CapitaLand, Prasad spent over a decade with NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure, India, where he served in senior leadership roles including Head – Strategic Alliances and Business Development and AVP – Strategic Alliances and Business Development. During this phase, he led hyperscale partnerships, government vertical programs, channel ecosystems, and multi-country hyperscale go-to-market frameworks across India and APAC markets.
Earlier in his career, he held senior sales and data centre infrastructure leadership roles at ADC Communications and TVS Interconnect India, where he managed regional business operations, SI partner ecosystems, enterprise data centre solutions, and large-scale GTM execution across western and southern India.
He began his professional journey in enterprise and infrastructure sales leadership roles at WQ India – Dhananjay Group, Onlinenetsys India, Avery Weigh-Tronix, and SOL Pharmaceuticals, developing deep expertise in enterprise account management, channel development, infrastructure solutions, and large-scale customer ecosystem building.
