Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2024 – Prashant Waghe has been appointed as the new Senior Vice President Commercial, M&A at Adfactors PR. With over eight years of dedicated service at Adfactors PR, Prashant brings a wealth of experience and expertise in commercial and M&A activities.
Prashant Waghe has been with Adfactors PR for over eight years. Prior to his promotion, he served as Vice President – Commercial, M&A for three years. His previous roles at Adfactors PR include General Manager – Commercial, M&A and Deputy General Manager – Commercial, M&A, where he played pivotal roles in driving commercial strategies and managing mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Adfactors PR, Prashant worked at Omkar Realtors & Developers Pvt Ltd. as General Manager – Projects. In this role, he was responsible for project management and strategy, coordinating closely with various teams to ensure project success. He also held the position of Head – Investor Relations & General Manager – Strategic Initiatives at Arshiya Limited, where he significantly increased the number of equity research reports and was instrumental in strategic planning.
His career also includes roles at Reliance Retail as Chief Manager – Strategy & Planning (Store Operations), Welspun as Deputy General Manager, Vedanta Resources Plc as Manager, and Tata Steel as Customer Account Manager. In each of these roles, Prashant demonstrated his ability to lead teams, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver significant business outcomes.
