Singapore, May 2025 – TD SYNNEX, a leading global distributor and solutions aggregator for the IT ecosystem, has announced the appointment of Prashantan Moodley as Vice President Human Resources for Asia Pacific & Japan. Based in Singapore, Prashantan will be responsible for leading TD SYNNEX’s people and culture strategy across the region, aligning HR transformation with the company’s continued growth and commitment to innovation, diversity, and inclusion.
Prashantan brings over two decades of diverse HR leadership experience spanning the technology, finance, and consumer goods sectors. Prior to joining TD SYNNEX, he spent over nine years at Microsoft, where he most recently served as HR Director for Talent & Organizational Design – Asia. In this role, he was instrumental in designing high-impact organizational strategies, enhancing leadership capabilities, and enabling business transformation across Microsoft’s Asia operations.
Before Microsoft, Prashantan held progressive regional HR leadership roles at Barclays and Unilever, covering key markets in Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. At Unilever, he led large-scale change and organizational design initiatives as a Senior HR Business Partner and Change & OD Lead, driving transformation across emerging and developed markets.
Prashantan began his professional journey as a Lawyer with the Road Accident Fund and practiced in labor and employment law before transitioning into HR with Unilever as part of their graduate management trainee program.
