Prior to this, Praveer led national logistics and fulfillment operations at Flipkart, where he managed a 15,000-member workforce and implemented automation, Lean Six Sigma practices, and advanced analytics to drive efficiency and scalability. Under his leadership, Flipkart’s operations witnessed a 700% increase in daily run rates, 30% reduction in supply chain losses, and a 45% cut in shipment costs. His achievements also included a 25% year-on-year improvement in space productivity and capital investment savings exceeding ₹300 crore.
Earlier in his tenure at Flipkart, he served as Director – Head of North Zone, Associate Director – Cluster Head, and held multiple roles overseeing fulfillment centers and logistics operations across India. He was instrumental in launching large-scale facilities, scaling order-processing capacities, and implementing quality improvement frameworks that significantly enhanced customer experience and operational performance.
Before his time at Flipkart, Praveer worked with ITC Limited in retail operations, where he drove regional sales growth, optimized store performance, and standardized compliance protocols across locations. His early career helped establish a strong foundation in team leadership, operational discipline, and customer engagement.
Before joining Om Logistics, Praveer took a professional sabbatical to pursue personal passions in wildlife photography and professional development.
