Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 — Barnali Sarkar has been appointed as Head of Contracts & Procurement – North India at Godrej Properties Limited, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team as it strengthens its regional operations in the real estate sector.

With over 20 years of experience, Barnali brings deep expertise in contract negotiations, vendor management, and strategic procurement for large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects. In her new role, she will lead procurement strategy and contract management for North India operations, playing a pivotal role in optimizing processes and ensuring high-quality delivery across Godrej Properties’ growing project portfolio in the region.

Prior to joining Godrej Properties, Barnali served as Senior General Manager – Contracts & Techno-commercial at Ascendas Firstspace, where she oversaw commercial aspects of marketing and client engagement for civil construction of industrial and warehouse projects. She played a crucial role in vendor and supplier relations, capital expenditure planning, and streamlining business processes.

She also held leadership roles at Stanza Living, where she served as Vice President – Supply Chain & Procurement, spearheading the establishment of warehouse networks across nine cities and managing rapid project rollouts with impressive scalability. Earlier, at Space Matrix, Barnali was Associate Director & Head of Procurement – India, where she helped secure contracts with major global clients like LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Gartner.

With a proven track record of operational excellence, strategic sourcing, and supplier ecosystem development, Barnali is well-positioned to enhance Godrej Properties’ procurement and execution capabilities across North India.
