Prior to joining Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited, Preeti served as Chief Business Officer – Owned Brands at Nykaa Fashion, where she launched and scaled Nykd by Nykaa from inception to ₹200 Cr ARR, achieving EBITDA-positive growth within four years. She also led the acquisition and fivefold expansion of the activewear brand Kica, while overseeing Nykaa’s owned brands, physical retail, and marketplace verticals. Her leadership on the FSN Distribution board further reinforced her strategic acumen in the fast-evolving fashion and beauty ecosystem.

Before her successful tenure at Nykaa Fashion, Preeti was the Chief Operating Officer at Enamor – a Modenik Lifestyle Brand, where she co-led the brand’s transformation and eventual sale to global private equity firm Advent International. She tripled the brand’s size, strengthened margins, launched new product categories, and introduced a modern retail concept that rejuvenated its market positioning.

Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at Tommy Hilfiger and Reliance Retail, where she was part of the founding team of Reliance Trends, helping to “democratize fashion in India.” Her journey began with Madura Garments, where she managed Allen Solly womenswear and successfully made it EBITDA-positive in its second year.

Across her distinguished career, Preeti has demonstrated deep expertise in P&L management, brand transformation, strategy, product innovation, and retail operations, consistently driving growth and profitability across high-impact consumer brands.
