Pune, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Preeti Jain has joined Mizuho Americas as Head of Data Technology – India. In this role, she will focus on building global data and analytics capabilities, strengthening enterprise data platforms, and driving innovation through advanced analytics and engineering to create meaningful business impact.
Prior to joining Mizuho Americas, Preeti Jain served as Division Director – Head of Enterprise Technology India at Macquarie Group, where she led enterprise technology initiatives across India, driving modernization, automation, and large-scale technology transformation programs.
Before this, she spent nearly five years at HSBC as Regional Head of Enterprise Technology – India, overseeing cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and large distributed engineering teams supporting global banking operations.
Earlier in her career, Preeti Jain built a long and distinguished tenure of nearly two decades at American Express, progressing through multiple leadership roles including Engineering Director, Platform Development Manager, and Manager / Assistant Manager. During this phase, she led critical initiatives across data warehousing, platform engineering, risk and compliance technology, analytics, and large-scale enterprise data transformations, laying a strong foundation in data engineering and financial services technology.
She began her professional journey in technology roles in Delhi, steadily advancing through analyst and engineering positions and building deep expertise in databases, data integration, analytics platforms, and enterprise systems.
