Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, July 2025 – Prerrita Singh has taken on the role of Executive Director – Head of Business Partnering at NAB (National Australia Bank). In this strategic leadership position, she will spearhead NAB’s people partnering agenda across critical business units, aligning HR strategy with enterprise transformation and business outcomes.
Prior to this appointment, Prerrita was with R1 RCM for over seven years, where she most recently served as Senior Director – Head of Corporate Strategy. Earlier, she led Employee Relations for the organization, contributing significantly to organizational alignment and strategic people practices.
Before her tenure at R1 RCM, she held the role of Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at Barclays, where she played a pivotal role in people strategy and organizational design. Her earlier leadership positions include serving as HR Site Head at HCL Technologies and Manager – Human Resources at American Express, where she gained deep expertise in performance management, employee experience, and change management.
She began her career with Sopra Steria as an HR Generalist, where she built foundational experience across the HR value chain. With over 18 years of cross-industry experience, Prerrita brings a rich blend of strategic HR leadership and business transformation capabilities.
She is an alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur where she pursued a program in Transformational Leadership, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, with a specialization in HR and Customer Relationship Management.
