London, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Pritesh Modhvadia has been appointed as the Head of Talent – EMEA at Chubb, where he will be responsible for overseeing talent strategies across the region. His role will involve leading talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee growth strategies to strengthen Chubb’s workforce capabilities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Prior to this appointment, Pritesh Modhvadia served as the Group Head of Talent & Development at Howden for nearly a year, where he led Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). Before this, he was the Group Head of Talent Acquisition & DE&I at Howden for nearly two years, focusing on building diverse talent pipelines and inclusive recruitment strategies.

Earlier in his career, Pritesh spent approximately seven years at Chubb, where he held multiple roles including EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Manager – China, and EMEA Resourcing Business Partner, significantly contributing to Chubb’s talent strategies in the region.
He also worked as a Resourcing Consultant at RBS and a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters, developing his expertise in recruitment and workforce management.
