Saud Zafar Appointed as Vice President of Human Resources at Phreesia

Phreesia has appointed Saud Zafar as its new Vice President of Human Resources. Zafar brings extensive experience in human resources management, having previously led HR departments at several high-profile organizations.

Before joining Phreesia, Zafar served as Vice President of Human Resources at Rayden Interactive for two years, where he was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive growth and employee engagement across the company. Prior to that, he was the Head of Human Resources at Exxat, where he played a key role in strategic HR planning and performance management from November 2020 to March 2022.

Zafar also held the position of Global Head of HR at Fulcrum Digital Inc., managing a comprehensive HR program across multiple regions including the US, India, UK, and LATAM from April 2018 to November 2020. His earlier roles include Manager of Human Capital Management at Fujitsu Global and significant HR positions at Dassault Systèmes and Kantar Operations, rounding out over a decade of HR leadership experience.
