Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Lekkhini Pawar has joined Aggreko as the Country HR Manager (People Partner) – India, where she will lead the HR function for the India region and collaborate closely with the Country Leadership Team. In this role, she will be responsible for driving people strategies that align with business priorities and fuel Aggreko’s growth journey in the region.
Prior to joining Aggreko, Lekkhini served at Syngenta for nearly four years, where she most recently held the dual responsibility of India TA Lead and Interim TA Head AMEA. She played a pivotal role in steering strategic talent acquisition initiatives across India and the AMEA region, and earlier contributed as HR Manager, partnering with business leaders on key HR interventions and organizational development efforts.
Earlier, she was DGM HR at Mahindra Logistics for over two years, where she led HR operations and business partnering for multiple verticals. Her work there involved workforce planning, policy formulation, and aligning talent practices with business needs.
Before Mahindra Logistics, she worked with Honeywell Automation India Ltd for nearly four years, where she served as HR Leader – GCC and Senior HR Generalist. She led critical HR initiatives for global operations, driving transformation and employee engagement in high-growth environments.
She began her HR career with over seven years in HR consulting at Cerebrus Consultants and HR Anexi, where she partnered with several organizations to design and implement HR systems, leadership assessments, and performance frameworks.
Lekkhini holds an M.Com in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mumbai and is currently pursuing the Emerging CHRO Program from XLRI Jamshedpur.
