Atlanta, Georgia, United States, January 2025 – Patrick Devlin has joined Alignment Health as the Vice President, Human Resource Business Partners. In this role, Patrick will lead HR strategies and initiatives to support Alignment Health’s mission of delivering innovative and personalized healthcare solutions for seniors and those with chronic conditions.
Patrick brings a wealth of HR leadership experience to his new role. Prior to Alignment Health, he served for nearly 11 years at Evolent Health, where he held multiple senior HR roles, including Vice President, Human Resources. At Evolent, he successfully led an HR Operations team supporting 5,000 employees globally, overseeing large-scale acquisitions and onboarding 1,500 employees within 42 days during the company’s largest acquisition.

Before Evolent, Patrick spent nearly three years at Alere, Inc., where he was instrumental in implementing a global change management framework and introducing cost-saving talent acquisition solutions as Vice President, Human Resources.
Earlier in his career, Patrick dedicated over six years to WellCare, where he served in various HR leadership capacities, spearheading HR strategies for state health plans and contributing to significant organizational transformations. His tenure at AOL during its rapid growth phase further honed his skills in operational leadership and HR shared services.
