Having successfully led transformative HR initiatives, Amy will now oversee the HR function for BAE Systems’ Electronic Systems sector, fostering innovation and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to protect those who protect us.
Amy Clefisch has been an integral part of BAE Systems, Inc. for the past two years, most recently serving as Senior Director, HR Partner – Precision Strike & Human Resources. In this capacity, she led cultural and functional transformations that aligned HR strategies with business objectives, earning accolades for her ability to drive impactful change.
Prior to joining BAE Systems, Amy spent nearly 15 years at Collins Aerospace and Rockwell Collins, where she held several senior HR leadership positions, including Director of Human Resource Business Partner for Digital Technology and Mission Systems. Her tenure was marked by her innovative approaches to talent management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
Amy’s early career included various HR roles at RuffaloCODY, where she honed her skills in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development, setting the foundation for her illustrious career in HR leadership.
