Her tenure was marked by her innovative approaches to talent management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

Amy’s early career included various HR roles at RuffaloCODY, where she honed her skills in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development, setting the foundation for her illustrious career in HR leadership.
