In her role, Priyanka will oversee the strategic and operational HR functions, focusing on fostering a dynamic and people-centric work culture. Her expertise in strategic HR planning, performance management, and human capital development will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and organizational success.
Prior to joining Veena Developers, Priyanka served as Vice President Group Human Resources at The Safal Group, where she contributed significantly for over 1 year and 8 months. Her role involved developing and implementing HR strategies, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives, supporting business growth and aligning organizational goals.

Earlier, she held the position of Head of HR at Kumar World for 6 months, where she demonstrated her expertise in compensation and benefits, HRIS systems, and leadership planning. Priyanka also served as Assistant Vice President Human Resources at Tradologie, focusing on workforce planning, onboarding, and strategic HR interventions.
Her longest tenure was at TPF Getinsa Euroestudios SL, where she worked for over 13 years in various capacities, including General Manager HR. During this time, she managed global HR functions, workforce planning, and project coordination, showcasing her ability to handle diverse HR challenges in a global context.
Priyanka began her career as a Human Resources Executive at Kaivalya Sai Technocrats & Consultants Pvt Ltd, where she honed her skills in payroll management, onboarding, and employee relations over 2 years.
