In this newly created global C-suite role, Puneet will lead revenue expansion across geographies and verticals while spearheading LanceSoft’s strategic SaaS workforce technology business, aligning the company’s commercial growth with its vision of becoming a digital-first, innovation-led enterprise. His mandate includes strengthening enterprise partnerships, driving high-velocity growth strategies, and shaping a unified global go-to-market model.
Before joining LanceSoft, Puneet played a pivotal role at SimplifyVMS and US Tech Solutions Group as Vice President – Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, where he led the company’s multi-market expansion and SaaS enterprise growth initiatives. He previously held leadership positions at NLB Services and spent over eight years at TalentRecruit Software Pvt. Ltd., where, as part of the founding team, he was instrumental in scaling SaaS operations, driving product strategy, and expanding enterprise customer portfolios.
Earlier in his career, Puneet worked with Sify Technologies Limited and Pioneer, where he led the implementation of multi-billion-dollar turnkey government technology projects, laying the foundation for his deep operational and technology leadership. His extensive experience in revenue management, customer success, and technology-enabled transformation positions him to lead LanceSoft’s next phase of global growth and reinforce its market leadership across workforce solutions and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
