Delhi, India, December 2024 – Puneet Gulati has taken on the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Sleepwell, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in brand building, digital marketing, and team leadership. Puneet will be instrumental in driving Sleepwell’s marketing strategy and further solidifying its position as a leading consumer brand in India and beyond.
Before joining Sleepwell, Puneet served as Chief Marketing Officer at VLCC, where he led the brand’s strategic growth across beauty products, wellness services, and skills. His leadership contributed to the brand’s increased prominence in a competitive market.
Prior to this, Puneet held roles at Unilever, including Global Brand Director for Vaseline, where he spearheaded the brand’s South Asia strategy, and Strategy Director for Beauty and Personal Care, crafting category strategies across multiple countries in the region.
At GSK Consumer Healthcare India, Puneet excelled as Head of Digital and Ecommerce Marketing and Media, leading a digital-first strategy that transformed the company’s approach to marketing and media management. His global marketing roles with GSK across the UK, USA, and Switzerland further honed his expertise in international markets.
Puneet’s early career includes impactful roles at Marketics as an Analytics Consultant and Colgate-Palmolive as a Sales Manager, showcasing his diverse skill set across analytics, sales, and marketing.
