Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 — Quarks has appointed Ravi Kumar as Chief Talent Officer. In this role, Kumar will lead the organization’s talent agenda with a focus on “talent assurance for 10X growth,” strengthening hiring strategy, leadership capability, and scalable talent systems to support Quarks’ rapid expansion.
Kumar joins Quarks with deep expertise in building global talent acquisition engines for high-growth, engineering-led organizations. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Cyient, where he led global talent acquisition strategy and execution. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at Quest Global as Global Head – Talent Acquisition, where he shaped resourcing strategy to help scale the organization and support digital transformation priorities.
Earlier in his career, Kumar was Director – Global Talent Acquisition at Geometric Americas Inc., where he established and strengthened global talent acquisition capabilities for software product engineering. He has also held recruitment leadership roles at HCL Technologies and began his career in recruitment with Datamatics Ltd.
