Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 — Raag Agrawal has been elevated to Senior Vice President – Sales & Operations Head at DeHaat. In his expanded role, he will lead nationwide sales and operations planning, aligning supply chain strategies with business growth to further strengthen DeHaat’s position as one of India’s fastest-growing agritech start-ups.
Raag has been with DeHaat for over three years. Prior to this elevation, he was Vice President – National Sales & Operations Head, where he successfully drove nationwide market expansion and operational efficiency. Earlier, as Zonal Business Manager, he managed P&L operations worth INR 150 crore across 48 districts, achieving margin improvements, cost optimization, and significant team growth, while scaling rural operations through a network of 3,000 dealers and 130 team members.
Before joining DeHaat, Raag served as AVP – Agri Input, where he strengthened agri supply chains and business strategies. His earlier leadership roles span across telecom and technology. At STL (Sterlite Technologies Limited), he led Strategy, Operations, and Alliances for STL Garv, driving digital adoption in rural markets. Prior to that, he worked with Jio as General Manager – Jio Point Operations, spearheading nationwide operations of 6,500 outlets with a 14,000-member team, achieving revenues of over INR 1,100 crore annually.
Raag also spent four years at Vodafone as Head of Distribution, leading a vast rural distribution network and achieving notable revenue growth. He held operational leadership roles at Reliance Communications, and earlier in his career, he was Station Head at Radio Mirchi, gaining experience in operations, sales, and customer engagement.
Raag completed the General Management Program at IIM Ahmedabad in 2015 and holds an MBA from École des Ponts Business School (1999).
