London, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Rachael Kneen has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer – Global Technology Software Solutions & Innovation at Experian, a global data and technology leader. In this elevated global role, Rachael will spearhead HR strategy and innovation across Experian’s technology, software, and digital transformation business units, fostering a high-performance culture that drives innovation and talent excellence on a global scale.
Rachael brings nearly 15 years of progressive HR leadership to this new role, including almost seven years at Experian, where she has played a critical role in shaping the people agenda across the UK&I and global teams.

Most recently, she served as Reward and Wellbeing Director UK&I, where she led an award-winning team that earned accolades such as Wellbeing Team of the Year and Best Employer for Benefits at prestigious industry forums in 2024. Under her leadership, Experian launched the widely recognized ‘Know your score’ wellbeing initiative, which boosted colleague engagement by an impressive 1,593%.
Prior to that, Rachael served as Head of HR Business Partnering & Strategic Workforce Planning UK&I, where she partnered closely with the UK Executive Team to lead the people aspects of a major transformation into a product-led organization. She also held HR leadership roles across EMEA and the UK, supporting global CIOs and regional executives.
Before joining Experian, Rachael spent nearly eight years with DHL, where she progressed through roles in HR business partnering, project management, and employee relations. She began her HR career with the Metropolitan Police, gaining foundational experience in HR operations and systems.
