Pennsylvania, United States – Rachel DeLuca has been named the new Senior Director of Human Resources at PITT OHIO, advancing her already impressive 14-year tenure within the company. Her new role highlights her dedication and strategic insight into human resource management.

DeLuca’s career at PITT OHIO began in June 2010 as an HR Analyst, where she made significant contributions to the HR department’s operations and analytics. She progressed through various roles, becoming an HR Generalist II and then an HR & Administrative Supervisor, where she continued to influence the broader HR strategies and practices effectively.

In October 2020, she was promoted to Manager, Human Resources, a role she has excelled in for over three years. Here, she played a crucial role in aligning HR functions with the company’s strategic goals, enhancing employee engagement, and streamlining administrative procedures.

Before her time at PITT OHIO, DeLuca was involved in HRIS system conversion projects at Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, where she developed and implemented training modules. She also gained valuable operational experience as a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Palace Entertainment, managing a large team and handling various operational challenges.

PITT OHIO, known for its reliable pickup and delivery services across various logistics solutions, values its employee retention highly, which directly contributes to its success. The company’s commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a damage-free product delivery record is well-supported by its dedicated workforce, which DeLuca will now lead in her new capacity.
