Rachel brings extensive experience in human resources and leadership, and will lead the Talent & Performance functions to support the company’s strategic growth.

Rachel Nimmons joins Node4 Ltd with a wealth of experience in talent management and human resources. Most recently, she served as the Head of People Systems & Tisski Finance at Tisski (A Node4 Company) for 1 year and 1 month. In this role, she managed human resources, leadership, and finance operations, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and efficiency.

Prior to this, Rachel was the Head of Finance & HR at Tisski (A Node4 Company) for 2 years and 1 month, where she oversaw people management, leadership initiatives, and financial operations. Her strategic insights and management skills were instrumental in driving the company’s success.

Rachel also served as the Financial Controller / HR Manager at Tisski (A Node4 Company) for nearly 8 years. She was responsible for the overall financial management and human resources operations, ensuring seamless integration of finance and HR functions within the company.

Before joining Tisski, Rachel was the Operations Director at Qubic Recruitment Solutions Ltd for 6 years. She managed the overall operations and led various recruitment initiatives, significantly improving the company’s operational efficiency.

Rachel’s career began as an Accounts Administrator at Acushnet Company, where she worked for 2 years and 3 months. She later moved on to become the General Manager at RED Employment, managing operations and leading the team for 3 years and 6 months.
