TEL AVIV, Israel, November 13, 2024 – RADCOM Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDCM) today announced the appointment of Benny Eppstein as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1, 2024. With over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, including leadership roles at Ericsson and Amdocs, Mr. Eppstein brings a wealth of expertise in working with tier-one telecom operators across North America and Japan.
Mr. Eppstein has held several pivotal roles in his career, most recently as Division President for Canada at Amdocs, where he successfully managed relationships with major telecom operators, including Sprint and T-Mobile. At Ericsson, he served as Vice President, overseeing the relationship with Softbank Mobile in Japan.

Ms. Bennun also expressed gratitude to Hilik Itman, who served as Interim CEO since April. Following Mr. Eppstein’s appointment, Mr. Itman will resume his role as Chief Operating Officer, focusing on product development, R&D, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Mr. Eppstein has a distinguished career in the telecom industry. At Amdocs, he served as Canada Division President (2022–2024), General Manager, T-Mobile Division (2020–2022), and Vice President, Customer Unit Sprint Corporation (2015–2020). Before Amdocs, he was Vice President at Ericsson, overseeing sales, delivery, and system integration services. Mr. Eppstein holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
