With more than two decades of experience in cloud infrastructure, IT strategy, cybersecurity, and operational excellence, Radek brings a visionary yet execution-focused approach to digital transformation in global organizations.
Radek’s journey at beqom began in November 2023, when he joined as Head of Cloud Operations and Infrastructure. He quickly rose through the ranks, serving as Global Head of Technology Services before assuming the CIO position in November 2025. His deep understanding of infrastructure scalability and security, combined with hands-on leadership, has already made a tangible impact at beqom during its scale-up phase.
Prior to joining beqom, Radek was IT Director at eShopWorld (ESW) for over four years, where he spearheaded cloud transformation, built high-performing DevOps and SecOps teams, and helped grow the organization into a billion-dollar enterprise. Earlier roles include Cloud Infrastructure Manager and Head of Technical Engineering at Smartbox Group, where he led multi-cloud environments and established security frameworks. He also held technical leadership roles at Amazon, Agile Networks, and Magnet Networks, gaining deep expertise in global IT operations, vendor management, and enterprise architecture.
At beqom, Radek is now responsible for leading the company’s global technology strategy and infrastructure roadmap, ensuring that the platform meets the evolving demands of enterprise clients. His leadership is expected to further strengthen beqom’s position as a trusted platform for compensation and performance solutions, underpinned by robust security and innovation.
