Pune, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Rahul Bagale has taken on the role of Vice President Human Resources at Ultra Corpotech Pvt Ltd, where he will oversee HR strategies to support the company’s growth and innovation initiatives. His responsibilities include developing strategic HR initiatives, implementing innovative recruitment practices for the Pune operations and the recently inaugurated plant in the USA, and spearheading training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Rahul joins Ultra Corpotech from Force Motors Ltd, where he served as Group HR Head for over three years. In this role, he led HR transformation projects and successfully implemented policies that enhanced organizational efficiency and employee engagement.
Prior to Force Motors, Rahul worked at Faurecia as Dy. Director Human Resources, where he played a pivotal role in talent acquisition and workforce optimization strategies for over three years.
Earlier in his career, Rahul served as Sr. Manager – HR at Lear Corporation, contributing to HR development initiatives and employee relations during his six-year tenure. He also held HR leadership roles at LG Electronics and Pernod Ricard, gaining extensive experience in policy implementation, talent management, and employee engagement.
Rahul began his professional journey with positions at Motwani Manufacturing India Private Limited and C & M Group, where he laid the foundation for his expertise in HR operations and workforce development.
