Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 — Rahul Jain has started a new position as Global Head of Recruitment at GoTo Group, expanding his leadership mandate after more than six years with the organization.
Before this elevation, Rahul served as Global Head of Technical Recruitment, Senior Manager Talent Acquisition – APAC, and Talent Acquisition Manager – APAC at GoTo Group, where he led hiring across APAC, built high-performing recruitment teams, improved hiring efficiency, and strengthened talent pipelines for leadership and hard-to-fill roles.
Earlier, Rahul held technical recruitment roles at Uber, [24]7.ai, Intuit, ThoughtFocus Technology, CareerNet, and Wenger & Watson, building deep expertise in engineering hiring, recruitment strategy, candidate experience, and high-growth technology talent acquisition.
