Before joining Sapphire Human Capital, Rahul served as HR & Key Talent Acquisition Leader – Consumer Banking at IndusInd Bank, where he was instrumental in onboarding over 15 CXOs and senior management leaders in under two years while reinforcing diversity and confidentiality in hiring practices. His work at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK as SVP & National Manager – TA & TM – Assets (HR) saw him scale talent strategies across 20,000+ employees, drive digital HR transformation through AI-led platforms, and lead large TA & TM teams across the country.
Previously, Rahul held the position of VP – Human Resources & Group Head – Talent Acquisition at Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited, where he led talent acquisition across diverse group companies and geographies, contributing to large-scale infrastructure and financial ventures. His earlier stints with Aditya Birla Capital, HSBC InvestDirect, and en world | New Era India saw him deliver excellence in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent strategy, consistently being recognized for his contributions and leadership impact.
In his new role at Sapphire Human Capital, Rahul is expected to play a key role in leading critical executive mandates, advising CXOs and boards, and deepening client relationships through bespoke, insight-led talent solutions.
