Bangkok, Bangkok City, Thailand, February 2026 – Rajashree Banerjee has started a new position as Project Manager – APAC at Geoclima, part of Munters, strengthening the company’s project leadership across the Asia-Pacific region.
In her new role, Rajashree will drive regional project execution and coordination across APAC, contributing to Munters’ global mission of delivering energy-efficient air treatment and climate solutions. Her experience in strategy execution, digital transformation, and regional business development positions her well to lead cross-functional initiatives in dynamic markets.
Prior to joining Munters, Rajashree served as Business Analyst Lead at Valvoline Global Operations in Bangkok. Before that, she spent over five years at GRUNDFOS, where she held multiple progressive roles including Senior Project Manager, Senior Strategy Execution Specialist, and Strategy Execution Specialist (Commercial Building Services) – APAC. During her tenure, she drove regional initiatives aligned with global strategy, supported new product introductions, accelerated digital solutions, and contributed to modularization and district energy projects. She was also part of the Global Graduate Program, working on high-impact strategic projects across Europe, the Middle East, and India.
Earlier in her career, Rajashree worked with Ma Foi Strategic Consultants Pvt Ltd as a Management Consultant and held business development and analyst roles at Cognizant and Gokaldas Exports Limited. She began her professional journey with technical and commercial exposure at GE, Wipro Limited, and Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd, building a strong foundation across operations, finance, and engineering environments.
