Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Rajeev Mall has joined Costco Wholesale’s India Global Capability Centre (GCC) as Chief Executive Officer, bringing extensive leadership experience across global organizations to this pivotal role. At Costco, he is driving the digital strategy and scaling the GCC to strengthen the company’s innovation and transformation initiatives. His appointment comes at a crucial time as Costco Wholesale accelerates its global growth and builds a stronger digital-first capability hub.
Before joining Costco Wholesale, Rajeev served as Vice President of Global Business Services at Mondelēz International, where he led digital transformation initiatives across multiple service lines, driving enterprise-wide digital fluency and process optimization.
Prior to that, he was Group CIO at Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Inc. and President of Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Business Services Inc., where he spearheaded digital transformation and multifunctional shared services. His role was critical in centralizing capabilities and creating a digital network of centers of excellence for one of Asia’s largest beverage companies.
Earlier, Rajeev was Vice President of IT at The Coca-Cola Company, heading the Global Centre of Excellence for the Bottling Investment Group. He was responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technology solutions for bottling operations across more than 20 countries and five continents.
His career also includes impactful roles as Enterprise Solution Architect at SAP, Director of IT Services at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, and leadership positions at Coca-Cola India, DHL Worldwide Express, and ESAB India, building a strong foundation in digital, operations, and finance.
