In his new role, Rajesh Choudhary will spearhead enterprise-wide financial strategy, digital transformation, IT governance, and performance management, supporting Tilaknagar Industries’ long-term growth agenda and operational excellence across markets.
In his most recent professional chapter prior to joining Tilaknagar Industries, Rajesh Choudhary spent over a decade at Pernod Ricard India, where he led multiple high-impact leadership assignments. Most recently, he served as Head – Integrated Business Planning, where he built a robust IBP framework aligning finance, sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, quality and EHS functions, driving digital transformation, sustainability initiatives, analytics-led decision making, and network optimization.
Earlier at Pernod Ricard India, he was Head – FP&A and Pricing Strategist, managing a multi-billion-dollar P&L across South Asia, strengthening forecasting systems, profitability modeling, and enterprise pricing strategies. He also led Risk & Assurance (Internal Audit), strengthening compliance frameworks, forensic audits, and enterprise risk governance, and previously served as Marketing Finance Controller, enhancing P&L governance, budgeting discipline, and compliance systems.
Before his Pernod Ricard tenure, Rajesh Choudhary was Vice President – Finance & Corporate Controller at Flipkart, where he oversaw finance operations, investor relations, SOX readiness, enterprise systems implementation, and successfully supported major fundraising rounds. His earlier career includes long tenures at Perfetti Van Melle, GCMMF (Amul), Pashupati International, and J.L. Morison India, where he built strong foundations in branch accounting, manufacturing finance, and corporate affairs.
