Mumbai, Maharashtra, March 2025 — Rajesh Nandwani has been appointed as Business Unit Head – Switches & Switchgear at RR Kabel Limited, bringing with him over three decades of expertise in the electrical and switchgear industry. In this role, he will be responsible for driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the company’s switchgear vertical.
Before joining RR Kabel, Rajesh had an accomplished career with Panasonic Life Solutions India, where he spent over 12 years in senior leadership roles, including Director – Power BU (Manufacturing & Sales) and Director – Wiring Device and Cable Management Systems. He played a pivotal role in expanding market share, improving operational efficiencies, and leading high-performance teams.
His professional journey also includes significant tenures at C&S Electric Ltd. as General Manager, IndoAsian as Manager – Plant Operations, and Anchor Electrical Pvt. Ltd. as a Product Specialist. Across these roles, he has led manufacturing operations, overseen product development, and implemented go-to-market strategies that resulted in sustainable growth.
Known for his expertise in switchgear technology, P&L management, sales strategy, manufacturing, and leadership development, Rajesh is highly regarded in the industry for building scalable and future-ready businesses. His appointment at RR Kabel comes at a time when the company is focused on expanding its footprint in the switches and switchgear space, both in India and internationally.
