Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2026 — Rajesh Pandey has started a new position as Director Material Planning – Supply Chain at Pernod Ricard India, marking another significant milestone in his long-standing journey with the organization. With nearly two decades of experience across S&OP, supply planning, demand planning, material planning, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and team management, he steps into the role with a strong operational foundation and deep domain expertise.
In his new assignment, Rajesh Pandey will lead material planning initiatives within the supply chain function, drawing on his extensive experience in managing supply planning teams, aligning planning processes with business ambitions, and ensuring demand fulfillment through strategic replenishment of finished and dry goods. His profile reflects a strong track record in setting supply direction, developing strategies, resolving constraints, and driving clear mitigation plans across complex planning environments.
Before taking on this role, Rajesh Pandey served as Assistant General Manager at Pernod Ricard India from July 2025 to March 2026. During this period, he continued to strengthen his leadership within the company’s supply chain operations. Prior to that, he was Material Planning Head for Supply Chain from October 2024 to March 2026 in Gurugram, Haryana, India, where he focused on inventory management, supply planning, and broader supply chain responsibilities.
Earlier in his career, he spent more than eleven years with Pernod-Ricard India (P) Ltd as Manager Supply Chain from April 2011 to September 2022 at the Mumbai Zonal Office. In this role, he handled a wide portfolio of responsibilities including warehouse operations, coordination with sales and manufacturing, forecast accuracy improvement, stock accuracy management, reduction of inventory losses, plant coordination for dispatches, transport management, warehouse resource planning, statutory compliance, process streamlining, and ensuring policy and system compliance. His long tenure with the company reflects a deep familiarity with the business, its supply chain priorities, and its operational standards.
Before his extended stint with Pernod Ricard India, Rajesh Pandey worked with Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. as Warehouse Incharge from January 2009 to April 2011 in Mumbai. He was responsible for end-to-end warehouse management, manpower planning, dispatch monitoring for key account customers, forecasting in coordination with the sales team, stock valuation, liaison with government departments, production and shipping coordination, and freight provisioning. His achievements in the role included independently setting up warehouse operations, streamlining dispatches, defining job descriptions for CFA staff, implementing a 5S project, and delivering cost savings across freight and depot operations.
He also served as Supply Chain Executive at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. from December 2007 to December 2008 in Mumbai, where he worked on vendor coordination and development, timely procurement, comparative analysis, cost savings, vendor payment follow-ups, sourcing coordination, purchase order generation, and material quality monitoring. Earlier, he held the position of Logistic Incharge at Amul Milk (Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd.) from January 2006 to December 2007 in Boisar – Tarapur, managing vehicle planning, transporter coordination, stock dispatches, physical inventory counts, purchase orders, documentation, freight quotations, bill verification, and sales data reporting.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Rajesh Pandey has also pursued higher education in operations and supply chain management. He completed his PGDBM in Operations from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from January 2019 to January 2021, earning Grade A. His academic background further complements his practical expertise in supply chain and operational leadership.
