Soo transitions into this role after serving as Senior Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition and Mobility at Parsons Corporation, where she led multiple record-breaking hiring quarters and significantly expanded the company’s university and global internship programs. Her leadership has been instrumental in scaling talent pipelines and supporting Parsons’ growth across critical markets.
Prior to joining Parsons, Soo served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition at CACI International Inc, where she led enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies, enabling the organization to attract and retain top talent in highly competitive sectors.
Before that, she held the role of Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Engility Corporation, where she played a key role in strengthening recruitment operations and aligning talent strategy with business growth objectives.
Soo also spent several years at Raytheon, where she held multiple leadership roles including Director, Global and Executive Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Lead, building deep expertise in global hiring, executive search, and workforce planning.
Earlier in her career, she gained foundational HR and talent acquisition experience at TASC, Inc., GreenLine Systems, and CONVISTA, shaping her strong grounding in HR operations and recruitment strategy.
