Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2025 – Rajesh Rajan D has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Bhanzu, a pioneering ed-tech company founded by the World’s Fastest Human Calculator. In this role, Rajesh will lead the HR function with a focus on building a high-performance culture, aligning people strategy with business growth, and driving innovation in talent management and organizational development.
Prior to joining Bhanzu, Rajesh Rajan D served as Associate Vice President – Human Resources at Vedantu for over five years, where he led the entire HR function and was instrumental in building scalable HR systems to support the company’s rapid growth in the online education space.
Before Vedantu, he held the position of Senior Manager – Human Resources at Prime Focus Technologies, where he managed HR for the technology business unit, overseeing talent acquisition, engagement, compensation, and learning and development.
His earlier role at Allianz Technology as Lead – Talent & Development focused on designing and implementing talent management programs to drive employee performance and leadership development across the organization.
Rajesh has also worked as a Principal Consultant – Learning & Development at Infosys, where he advised business leaders on training strategies and executed blended learning programs. Prior to this, he was the Founder & Director of RR Thinkers, delivering leadership training and producing award-winning media content for major institutions and corporates.
Earlier in his career, he served as Deputy Manager – Learning & Development at HGS, Soft Skills Trainer at Datacraft, and HR Process Associate at Accenture, building a solid foundation in training delivery, HR operations, and employee engagement.
