Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Rajesh Rajan D has joined Bhanzu as Head of Human Resources, bringing with him more than 17 years of diverse HR leadership and transformation experience across industries and organizations. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the overall HR function, strengthening people-centric initiatives, and fostering a robust organizational culture aligned with Bhanzu’s growth vision.
Prior to joining Bhanzu, Rajesh served as Associate Vice President – Human Resources at Vedantu, where he spearheaded people strategies and HR transformation initiatives that supported the company’s rapid scale-up in the edtech sector. He played a pivotal role in aligning HR with business needs and driving impactful organizational change.
Before Vedantu, Rajesh was with Prime Focus Technologies, where he headed HR for the Technology Business Unit. His work focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation frameworks, and learning and development programs, positioning the business for sustained growth.
Earlier in his career, Rajesh held key roles at Allianz Technology and Infosys, where he contributed to talent management, capability building, and leadership development. His expertise in learning systems and blended training strategies helped strengthen organizational capabilities.
He also served as Founder and Director of RR Thinkers Private Limited, where he delivered leadership and behavioral training for organizations including India Post, Karnataka State Police, and Wells Fargo, showcasing his ability to design impactful development interventions. His professional journey also includes contributions at Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), Datacraft, and Accenture, where he built a strong foundation in HR operations, employee relations, and learning.
