New Delhi, India, October 2024 – Rajkuumar Jaiswaal has recently started his new role as Head of People & Culture at TDI Infracorp LTD, where he will oversee the company’s human resource and people management strategies. He brings a wealth of experience in human capital management and organizational development to support TDI’s ambitious growth and workforce initiatives.
Prior to joining TDI Infracorp LTD, Rajkuumar served as the Regional Head of Human Resources at M3M India Pvt. Ltd., where he was responsible for managing HR operations and implementing talent management strategies across multiple locations for nearly 2 years.
Before that, he was the AGM – HR at TDI Infracorp LTD for over 2 years, where he led end-to-end HR functions, contributing to workforce optimization and organizational development.
Rajkuumar also held the position of Group HR Manager at Sterling Group, where he oversaw HR operations and administration for approximately 4 years, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Earlier in his career, Rajkuumar worked as Head – Human Resource & Administration at Amrapali Heartbeat City, managing HR and administrative operations across multiple construction sites for around 3 years.
