Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Rakhi Shukla has taken on an expanded leadership role at Welspun World as Assistant General Manager – Head HRBP and Talent Acquisition for the Domestic (India Market) Home Textile and Flooring Business. With this additional responsibility, she will now drive both business partnering and end-to-end talent acquisition for one of Welspun’s most dynamic verticals.
Rakhi has been with Welspun since early 2024 and has steadily grown within the organization. Her previous roles include Head HRBP, and earlier, Head Sales HRBP, where she was instrumental in aligning human capital strategies with business outcomes across commercial and sales teams. Her agility in managing transformation and people processes has earned her this pivotal mandate.
Prior to Welspun, Rakhi held the position of Senior Manager – Commercial/Sales HRBP & Talent Acquisition at Lactalis Group, where she served for over six years. She also brings rich experience from her earlier roles as HR Manager at Bajaj Processpack Limited and Senior Executive – Human Resources at Group Tech India Pvt. Ltd., giving her over 15 years of progressive HR leadership across sectors.
Rakhi’s journey is defined by her expertise in talent strategy, stakeholder management, employee engagement, and organizational development. With this new mandate, she is poised to enhance Welspun’s people-first culture, while also scaling the company’s talent acquisition initiatives in a fast-evolving domestic market.
