Ralph Marshall Appointed as Chief Information & Digital Officer at Revlon

New York, United States, March 2025 – Revlon has announced the appointment of Ralph Marshall as Chief Information & Digital Officer, effective April 1st. In this global leadership role, Ralph will be responsible for driving Revlon’s digital transformation and aligning technological innovations with the company’s strategic goals.

Ralph joins Revlon from Merlin Entertainments, where he served as Global Chief Technology Officer. During his time there, he oversaw enterprise-wide digital infrastructure and advanced the group’s technology roadmap across global entertainment brands and attractions.

Prior to Merlin, Ralph spent nearly seven years at Starbucks as Vice President of Technology for EMEA and Starbucks Digital Solutions, leading significant digital transformations across more than 35 markets. His contributions included launching mobile apps, delivery solutions, and real-time telemetry tools, creating award-winning customer experiences.

Before Starbucks, he was Group Technology Director at Nando’s, where he served as Global CIO, enhancing the brand’s digital capabilities across 1,200+ locations in 23 countries. Ralph also held several leadership roles over a six-year tenure at McDonald’s, where he managed IT restaurant solutions strategy across 39 European countries, supporting over 7,500 outlets.

Earlier in his career, Ralph held pivotal IT delivery and programme management roles at Marks & Spencer, with a strong focus on retail systems implementation and technology transformation. He holds a degree in Computing & Information Systems from the University of the West of Scotland.
