Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, December 2025 – Ramasubramaniam R has taken charge as Group Chief Information & Technology Officer & Senior Vice President at Ramraj Cotton, strengthening the organisation’s digital and technology leadership as the iconic traditional menswear brand accelerates its omni-channel retail expansion, manufacturing modernization and data-driven growth agenda.
In his new role, Ramasubramaniam is responsible for driving enterprise IT strategy, SAP-led transformation, digital platforms, cybersecurity, retail technology, analytics, and operational technology modernisation across Ramraj Cotton’s integrated manufacturing and retail ecosystem.
Prior to joining Ramraj Cotton, Ramasubramaniam served as Chief Information & Technology Officer and Senior General Manager at TTK Prestige Ltd, where he spent nearly a decade leading large-scale enterprise technology programs. He drove ERP modernization, SAP upgrades, IT transformation initiatives, cybersecurity strengthening, data platforms, and automation programs that significantly enhanced manufacturing, retail, and supply-chain efficiency.
Earlier, he built an illustrious 22-year career at Titan Company Limited, progressing through leadership roles including Delivery Head – IT Operations & Projects and Manager – IT & SAP. During this period, he anchored multiple SAP implementations, major version upgrades, process automation initiatives, and business transformation programs, while building high-performing IT teams and earning multiple recognitions for exceptional contribution. He also played a key role in manufacturing and product innovation programs, including participation in the development of Titan’s globally recognised EDGE watches.
